01What this policy covers এই নীতি যা কভার করে

This policy applies to everything you pay Cox's Bazar Surf Hub Ltd. for, online or in person: surf lessons, Surf Safaris, surf-specific training, ocean safety courses, memberships, and products such as surf wax, fins and apparel. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. এই নীতি অনলাইন বা সরাসরি, কক্সবাজার সার্ফ হাব লিঃ-কে দেওয়া সব পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য: সার্ফ লেসন, সার্ফ সাফারি, ট্রেনিং, ওশান সেফটি কোর্স, মেম্বারশিপ এবং সার্ফ ওয়াক্স, ফিন ও পোশাকের মতো পণ্য।

02When you cancel a booking আপনি বুকিং বাতিল করলে

For surf lessons, Surf Safaris, training sessions and courses: সার্ফ লেসন, সার্ফ সাফারি, ট্রেনিং সেশন ও কোর্সের জন্য:

• 48 hours or more before the start time: 100% refund, or move to another date free of charge. শুরুর ৪৮ ঘণ্টা বা তার বেশি আগে: ১০০% রিফান্ড, অথবা বিনা খরচে অন্য তারিখে পরিবর্তন।
• Less than 48 hours before the start time: 50% refund. শুরুর ৪৮ ঘণ্টার কম আগে: ৫০% রিফান্ড।
• No-show: no refund. না এলে: কোনো রিফান্ড নেই।
• Arriving late: the session ends at its booked time so the next group starts on schedule. Missed time is not refunded. দেরিতে এলে: সেশন নির্ধারিত সময়েই শেষ হবে। মিস করা সময়ের রিফান্ড নেই।

Cancellation time is the time your message reaches us on WhatsApp or email, or the time you tell our front desk. বাতিলের সময় ধরা হবে যখন আপনার বার্তা আমাদের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা ইমেইলে পৌঁছায়, অথবা আপনি ফ্রন্ট ডেস্কে জানান।

03When we cancel আমরা বাতিল করলে

Our lifeguards close the water when flags, swell, wind or lightning make it unsafe. If we cancel or cut short your session for safety, weather or any reason on our side, you choose: a 100% refund or a free new date. Nobody is charged for a session the sea did not allow. পতাকা, ঢেউ, বাতাস বা বজ্রপাতের কারণে অনিরাপদ হলে আমাদের লাইফগার্ড পানি বন্ধ করে দেন। নিরাপত্তা, আবহাওয়া বা আমাদের দিক থেকে যেকোনো কারণে সেশন বাতিল বা সংক্ষিপ্ত হলে আপনি বেছে নেবেন: ১০০% রিফান্ড অথবা বিনা খরচে নতুন তারিখ।

04Memberships মেম্বারশিপ

• Hub Annual, Flex Monthly and Day Pass: 100% refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not used any session. After a session is used, or after 7 days, the membership is not refundable. হাব অ্যানুয়াল, ফ্লেক্স মান্থলি ও ডে পাস: কেনার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো সেশন ব্যবহার না করে বাতিল করলে ১০০% রিফান্ড। সেশন ব্যবহারের পর বা ৭ দিন পর রিফান্ড হবে না।
• Flex Monthly: cancel with 30 days' notice. You pay for the month your notice runs into, and nothing after that. ফ্লেক্স মান্থলি: ৩০ দিনের নোটিশ দিয়ে বাতিল করা যায়। নোটিশের মেয়াদ যে মাসে পড়ে সেই মাসের টাকা দিতে হবে, এরপর আর কিছু নয়।
• Founder's Membership: 100% refund if you cancel within 14 days of payment and have not used any benefit, and a 100% refund on request if the Hub building has not opened by 31 December 2029. Full terms are in the Founders Membership Agreement. ফাউন্ডার মেম্বারশিপ: পেমেন্টের ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো সুবিধা ব্যবহার না করে বাতিল করলে ১০০% রিফান্ড, এবং ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৯-এর মধ্যে হাব ভবন না খুললে অনুরোধে ১০০% রিফান্ড।

05Products and collection time পণ্য ও সংগ্রহের সময়

Products bought from us (surf wax, fins, apparel and accessories) are collected in person at the Surf Hub, Marine Drive Road, South Kolatoli, Cox's Bazar. We do not ship by courier at this time. See our Delivery & Collection Policy. আমাদের কাছ থেকে কেনা পণ্য (সার্ফ ওয়াক্স, ফিন, পোশাক ও আনুষঙ্গিক) কক্সবাজারের মেরিন ড্রাইভ রোড, দক্ষিণ কলাতলীর সার্ফ হাব থেকে সরাসরি সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। এখন কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো হয় না।

• Collection time: your order is ready to collect within 3 working days of payment. In-stock items are usually ready the same day. We confirm on WhatsApp when it is ready. সংগ্রহের সময়: পেমেন্টের ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার সংগ্রহের জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকবে। স্টকে থাকা পণ্য সাধারণত একই দিনে। প্রস্তুত হলে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে জানানো হবে।
• Not collected: we hold paid orders for 30 days. If you cannot collect, tell us and we refund in full. সংগ্রহ না করলে: পরিশোধিত অর্ডার ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়। সংগ্রহ করতে না পারলে জানান, পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• Returns: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of collection for a full refund. ফেরত: অব্যবহৃত পণ্য মূল প্যাকেটে সংগ্রহের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত।
• Faulty items: if something is faulty or not as described, we replace it or refund it in full. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য: ত্রুটি থাকলে বা বর্ণনার সাথে না মিললে বদলে দেওয়া হবে অথবা পুরো টাকা ফেরত।
• Surfboards and large equipment: not refundable once used, as set out in our Terms (section 7.3). সার্ফবোর্ড ও বড় সরঞ্জাম: ব্যবহারের পর রিফান্ড নেই (শর্তাবলি ধারা ৭.৩)।

06When services are delivered সেবা কখন দেওয়া হয়

Lessons, Surf Safaris, training and courses are delivered on the date and time you book. You receive a booking reference and a WhatsApp confirmation straight after payment. লেসন, সার্ফ সাফারি, ট্রেনিং ও কোর্স বুক করা তারিখ ও সময়ে দেওয়া হয়। পেমেন্টের পরপরই একটি বুকিং রেফারেন্স ও হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নিশ্চিতকরণ পাবেন।

07How to ask for a refund রিফান্ড কীভাবে চাইবেন

• WhatsApp +880 1332 22 9933 or email info@coxsbazarsurfhub.com with your name and booking or order reference. আপনার নাম ও বুকিং বা অর্ডার রেফারেন্সসহ হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা ইমেইল করুন।
• Or speak to the front desk at the Hub. অথবা হাবের ফ্রন্ট ডেস্কে বলুন।
• We reply within 1 working day to confirm what you will get back. কত টাকা ফেরত পাবেন তা ১ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে জানানো হবে।

08How and when refunds are paid রিফান্ড কীভাবে ও কখন দেওয়া হয়

• Timeline: every approved refund is processed within 10 working days. সময়সীমা: প্রতিটি অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয়।
• Method: refunds go back the way you paid. Card, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and internet banking payments made online are refunded through our secure payment gateway. Cash payments are refunded in cash at the Hub or by bKash. পদ্ধতি: যেভাবে পেমেন্ট করেছেন সেভাবেই রিফান্ড। অনলাইনে কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট) ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যাংকিং পেমেন্ট আমাদের নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে ফেরত হয়। নগদ পেমেন্ট হাবে নগদে বা বিকাশে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।
• After we process a card refund, your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement. কার্ড রিফান্ড প্রসেসের পর আপনার ব্যাংকে দেখাতে কয়েক দিন বেশি লাগতে পারে।
• We do not deduct any fee from a refund. রিফান্ড থেকে কোনো ফি কাটা হয় না।

09Problems and disputes সমস্যা ও বিরোধ

If something went wrong, talk to us first. Most problems are solved the same day. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP). কোনো সমস্যা হলে প্রথমে আমাদের সাথে কথা বলুন। বেশিরভাগ সমস্যা একই দিনে সমাধান হয়। তারপরও সন্তুষ্ট না হলে জাতীয় ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তরে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

10Changes to this policy নীতির পরিবর্তন

We may update this policy. The version on this page on the day you paid is the one that applies to your booking or order. এই নীতি হালনাগাদ হতে পারে। আপনি যেদিন পেমেন্ট করেছেন সেদিন এই পেজে থাকা সংস্করণটিই আপনার বুকিং বা অর্ডারে প্রযোজ্য।
