02Joining and paying যোগ দেওয়া ও পেমেন্ট
- You sign up online with your name, mobile number, email and an emergency contact, and tick that you accept these terms, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. নাম, মোবাইল, ইমেইল ও জরুরি যোগাযোগ দিয়ে অনলাইনে সাইন আপ করুন এবং শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি দিন।
- After you confirm your email you get a payment reference. You pay online through our secure payment gateway (cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and internet banking), by bank transfer, or at the front desk. ইমেইল নিশ্চিত করার পর একটি পেমেন্ট রেফারেন্স পাবেন। আমাদের নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারে বা ফ্রন্ট ডেস্কে পেমেন্ট করুন।
- Your membership becomes active once payment is confirmed, from the start date you chose. পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে আপনার বেছে নেওয়া শুরুর তারিখ থেকে মেম্বারশিপ সক্রিয় হয়।
- Founder's Membership: your founder number is held for 7 days while you pay. bKash and Nagad cannot take this amount; pay by card, internet banking or bank transfer. ফাউন্ডার মেম্বারশিপ: পেমেন্টের জন্য ফাউন্ডার নম্বর ৭ দিন সংরক্ষিত থাকে।
03Using your membership মেম্বারশিপ ব্যবহার
- Your membership is for you only. It cannot be shared or lent. Only the Founder's Membership can be transferred, under its agreement. মেম্বারশিপ শুধু আপনার জন্য। ভাগ বা ধার দেওয়া যায় না। শুধু ফাউন্ডার মেম্বারশিপ তার চুক্তি অনুযায়ী হস্তান্তরযোগ্য।
- Show your member pass in the member app at check-in. চেক-ইনে মেম্বার অ্যাপের পাস দেখান।
- Sign our liability waiver before your first session, and follow our lifeguards and coaches at all times. প্রথম সেশনের আগে দায়মুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করুন এবং সবসময় লাইফগার্ড ও কোচের নির্দেশ মানুন।
- Surf sessions and safaris are booked in advance and run only when the sea is safe. সার্ফ সেশন ও সাফারি আগে বুক করতে হয় এবং সমুদ্র নিরাপদ থাকলেই চলে।
- We may suspend access for up to 30 days for a safety breach or misconduct, after hearing your side. নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘন বা অসদাচরণে আপনার কথা শোনার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ দিন প্রবেশ স্থগিত হতে পারে।
04Cancelling and refunds বাতিল ও রিফান্ড
- Day Pass, Flex Monthly and Hub Annual: 100% refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not used any session. ডে পাস, ফ্লেক্স মান্থলি ও হাব অ্যানুয়াল: কেনার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো সেশন ব্যবহার না করে বাতিল করলে ১০০% রিফান্ড।
- Flex Monthly: cancel with 30 days' notice. You pay for the month your notice runs into, and nothing after that. ফ্লেক্স মান্থলি: ৩০ দিনের নোটিশে বাতিল।
- Founder's Membership: 14-day cooling-off with a full refund if unused, and a full refund if the Hub building has not opened by 31 December 2029, as set out in the Founders Membership Agreement. ফাউন্ডার মেম্বারশিপ: ব্যবহার না করলে ১৪ দিনের কুলিং-অফে পুরো রিফান্ড, এবং ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৯-এর মধ্যে হাব ভবন না খুললে পুরো রিফান্ড।
- Approved refunds are paid within 10 working days, back to the way you paid. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে, যেভাবে পেমেন্ট করেছেন সেভাবে দেওয়া হয়।
05Changes পরিবর্তন
We may change schedules, coaches and routes. We do not change the price of a membership you have already paid for during its paid period. New prices apply only when you renew, and we tell you at least 30 days before. পরিশোধিত মেয়াদের মধ্যে আপনার মেম্বারশিপের দাম বদলানো হয় না। নতুন দাম শুধু নবায়নের সময় প্রযোজ্য, এবং অন্তত ৩০ দিন আগে জানানো হয়।
